Meet The Team

Meranda Marek, Registered Dental Assistant

merandaMeranda joined Lathrop Dental Center as an RDA in 2013. A graduate of Brazos High School, Meranda attended The Academy of Health Care Profession in 2000, Blinn College in 2010, and finally, Wharton Junior College in 2011. She received her Radiology Certificate in 2002, her Nitrous Oxide/Oxygen Inhalation Conscious Sedation Certification in 2009, and obtained her ACLS Certification. Patients love that Meranda is charismatic and genuine. After 14 years in the dental industry, Meranda still finds joy in helping patients achieve personal goals and obtain healthy, radiant smiles. Meranda is married to her husband Wade and together, they have a pot belly pig named Pita, a cat named Precious, and a black and tan hound named Pivo. When she’s not at the office, Meranda enjoys outdoor hobbies, such as boating, skydiving, fishing, and biking. She also likes dancing and antique shopping with friends and family.


Traci Kroesche, Registered Dental Hygienist

traciTraci joined our team in 2015. She obtained her Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Wharton County Junior College and her Bachelor of Science on Biology from A&M. She completes continuing education courses every year to further her knowledge of dentistry. Patients appreciate her gentle approach to helping them maintain their natural teeth and improve their oral hygiene. Traci loves the chance to meet so many new people and learn about their lives and their travels. Traci is married and has a six-year-old stepson. When not at the office, she enjoys being outdoors and fishing from her boat or in the surf.


Nicole Hudson, Registered Dental Assistant

nicoleNicole joined our team in 2014. She has over 20 years of experience in the dentistry field and each year completes continuing education courses to further her skills and knowledge. Patients love her happy and caring personality. Nicole loves meeting new patients and hearing about their lives. She is married with two children, one boy and one girl. She also has a crazy and fun Springer Spaniel named Tucker. When not at the office, she enjoys fishing, playing on the beach, sports, and spending time with her son at his baseball games. “You have to want it, to get it.”


Shannon Konesheck. Registered Dental Hygienist

shannonShannon obtained her Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Wharton County Junior College. She then joined our practice in 2014. Each year she completes continuing education courses to further her knowledge of dentistry. Patients find her to be friendly and personable and appreciate her gentle approach to dental cleanings. She loves the opportunity to meet new people every day. She is a member of the Texas Right to Life organization and the Texas Dental Hygienists’ Association. A native of Katy, Texas, Shannon his married to her husband, who is a Chiropractor. Outside of the office she enjoys weekends on Lake LBJ, wakeboarding, traveling, staying active, and spending time with family.


Shelby Ehlert, Dental Assistant/Receptionist

shelbyShebly graduated from Sealy High School in 2010. She joined the practice as a dental assistant in 2013. She has completed continuing education courses in coronal polishing and pit and fissure sealants. Patients appreciate that Shelby is gentle, outgoing, and loves what she does. Shelby considers her patients to be family and loves how positive and happy they are. She has been married for a year and has a daughter named Charlie and a stepdaughter named Micah. Shelby also has a number of pets, including dogs, cows, and chickens. Her family lives in Sealy and when not in the office, she enjoys sports, spending time with them, and relaxing.


Kelsey Johse, Registered Dental Hygienist

kelseyKelsey joined our team in 2016, after having received her Associate of Appliance Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Wharton County Junior College. She enjoys taking care of her patients’ smiles, and her patients appreciate her hard work and dedication. During her free time, Kelsey enjoys being outdoors, fishing, and spending time with her dachshund, Reagan.


Noemi Guerrero, Registered Dental Assistant

noemiNoemi joined our team in 2016, and as a Registered Dental Assistant, she is specially certified in radiology, CPR, ACLS, and the administration of nitrous oxide. She absolutely loves giving patients the best dental experience they’ve ever had, and when they’re nervous, her goal is to make sure they feel at home by walking them through it all. Noemi also loves spending time with her husband, daughter, and son, as well as their two turtles, Leo and Rafael! In her spare time, Noemi enjoys working out, teaching Sunday School for children, and hunting with the family. “The unexpected is usually what brings the unbelievable!”


Kelli DeVillier, Registered Dental Hygienist

kelliKelli joined our team in 2016 after receiving her Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Wharton County Junior College. She has also obtained special certifications in BLS and CPR. She is a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association and was the Dental Hygiene Class President. Patients appreciate her attention to detail and her caring personality. Kelli loves the opportunity to learn about her patients, including their experiences and their families. She is married and has three girls, Aubrie, Ella, and Emma. She also has a Miniature Dachshund named Prissy and a horse named Misty. Outside of the office she enjoys hunting and spending time with her girls. “Difficulties in your life don’t come to destroy you, but to help you realize your hidden potential.”
