Meranda Marek, Registered Dental Assistant
Meranda joined Lathrop Dental Center as an RDA in 2013. A graduate of Brazos High School, Meranda attended The Academy of Health Care Profession in 2000, Blinn College in 2010, and Wharton Junior College in 2011. She received her Radiology Certificate in 2002, her Nitrous Oxide/Oxygen Inhalation Conscious Sedation Certification in 2009, and her ACLS Certification. After 14 years in the dental industry, Meranda still finds joy in helping patients achieve personal goals and obtain healthy, radiant smiles. When she’s not at the office, Meranda enjoys outdoor hobbies, such as boating, skydiving, fishing, and biking. She also likes dancing and antique shopping with friends and family.
Traci Kroesche, Registered Dental Hygienist
Traci joined our team in 2015. She obtained her Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Wharton County Junior College and her Bachelor of Science on Biology from A&M. She completes continuing education courses every year to further her knowledge of dentistry. Traci loves the chance to meet so many new people and learn about their lives and their travels. When not at the office, she enjoys being outdoors and fishing from her boat or in the surf.
Nicole Hudson, Registered Dental Assistant
Nicole joined our team in 2014. She has over 20 years of experience in dentistry, and each year, she completes continuing education courses to further her skills and knowledge. Nicole loves meeting new patients and hearing about their lives. When not at the office, she enjoys fishing, playing on the beach, sports, and spending time with her son at his baseball games.

Shannon Konesheck, Registered Dental Hygienist
Shannon obtained her Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Wharton County Junior College, and then joined our practice in 2014. Each year she completes continuing education courses to further her knowledge of dentistry. She loves the opportunity to meet new people every day. She is a member of the Texas Right to Life organization and the Texas Dental Hygienists’ Association. Outside of the office, Shannon enjoys weekends on Lake LBJ, wake boarding, traveling, staying active, and spending time with family.
Shelby Ehlert, Dental Assistant/Receptionist
Shelby graduated from Sealy High School in 2010. She joined the practice as a dental assistant in 2013. She has completed continuing education courses in coronal polishing and pit and fissure sealants. Shelby considers her patients to be family and loves how positive and happy they are. When not in the office, she enjoys sports, spending time with her family, and relaxing.
Kelsey Johse, Registered Dental Hygienist
Kelsey joined our team in 2016, after receiving her Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Wharton County Junior College. She enjoys taking care of her patients’ smiles, and her patients appreciate her hard work and dedication. During her free time, Kelsey enjoys being outdoors, fishing, and spending time with her dachshund, Reagan.
Noemi Guerrero, Registered Dental Assistant
Noemi joined our team in 2016, and as a Registered Dental Assistant, she is specially certified in radiology, CPR, ACLS, and the administration of nitrous oxide. She loves giving patients the best dental experience they’ve ever had, and when they’re nervous, her goal is to make sure they feel at home by walking them through it all. In her spare time, Noemi enjoys working out, teaching Sunday School for children, and hunting with the family.

Mikala, Registered Dental Assistant
Mikala joined our team in 2018 as a Dental Assistant. She graduated from Sealy High School and our patients find her to be warm, understanding, and eager to answer their questions. Mikala comes from a large family, with four sisters, six nieces, and two nephews. She has a dog that is very spoiled and when not in the office, Mikala looks forward to spending time with her nieces and nephews.
